No charges will be levied for the first consultation and the initial advice but you may need to sign a document confirming that certain information has been disclosed to you before any advice can be provided as required by regulation.

Hopefully, the initial advice will be enough to point you in the right direction to help resolve or progress your issue but if your matter is more complex (eg involving representation in a court or tribunal) then, at your request, a quote can be provided for any ongoing legal work.

You are not obligated and will not be pressured to accept any quote that we may provide and you are free to secure the services of any other legal practitioner to perform any ongoing legal work on your behalf.

Our aim is to simply provide you with an initial advice to make sure you have a better understand the issues and what your options might be.

What do we get out of it? If you require the ongoing provision of legal services to help resolve your matter then at your request we can provide an obligation free quote for that work. Our quotes are very competitive and can include caps on costs.

 If we are successful in winning the work then you will need to enter into a cost agreement with one of our legal practitioners which include a barrister working on a direct access basis (ie no solicitor involved) in order to keep your costs to a minimum.
